Broken bed frame
Still have not got a replacement yet they asked me to fill out a form and send in pictures they wrote back and told me they were unable to see the pictures and so for that, they didn't process my claim.

I'm still waiting on a response and it's been 4 days. I was informed 24 to 48 to be replied to. This is concerning as a customer this is been overlook, even ignored. It's disheartening to me as a customer trying to ave faith your company will do right by me and my family. To have purchased a twin bed frame and the support pieces don't fit should of been a priority. As a customer I'm not satisfied with the responds time to get to customer 4 days nothing back.

Tried to contact customer service the is no prompt to talk to them. I need a name which I do not have. I was advised to contact customer service about my order but have no info on how or who to contact.
